This stylish 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of retro charm and modern luxury. With two floors of thoughtfully designed spaces, it's the ideal retreat for up to 12 guests.

The Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds, perfect for groups or families and a smart TV.
Bedroom 2: 1 king bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (4 twins), great for kids or those traveling together.
Bedroom 4: 1 king bed, offering a serene space to unwind.

Living Spaces:
The living room offers ample space for up to 10 guests to gather and relax. Enjoy the cozy, retro vibes while lounging on comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights or group hangouts. The smart TV is equipped with streaming services and comes with an Xbox console for gaming enthusiasts. Additionally, a selection of fun board games is available for more interactive entertainment. Right next to the living room, you’ll find a stylish bar area – your go-to spot for preparing and enjoying your favorite drinks, whether you’re winding down or getting the party started.

Game Room:
Dive into endless fun in the game room, featuring a smart TV, pool table, foosball table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and arcade games – all designed for hours of entertainment. You can also sit back and relax at our bar tables while others play!

Backyard Oasis:
Step outside into your own private paradise. The backyard offers plenty of space to relax or play, with a heated pool and spa to enjoy the sun and unwind. Challenge friends or family to a match on the volleyball court or enjoy classic outdoor games like Connect Four and Cornhole. The outdoor lounge area provides the perfect spot to chill, while the BBQ deck is ready for grilling up some delicious meals.

During leaf season (Nov-Mar), the backyard and pool might have many leaves, branches and sand even though we have weekly maintenance so please understand that it’s tough to keep up with the wind and rain!

Guest access:
Guests can use the whole house except a couple of closets for our cleaning supplies and linens!

Interaction with guests:
Flawless communication throughout your stay, don't forget, we are Super hosts!

Not available in person (except emergencies), only thru app or phone please.

Other things to note:
During leaf season (Nov-Mar), the backyard and pool might have many leaves, branches and sand even though we have weekly maintenance so please understand that it’s tough to keep up with the wind and rain!

For reservations of 14 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the same rate as the original cleaning fee.

Cost to heat pool is extra, please contact us for more info regarding heating times and cost.

SPA heating is included but can take up to 5hrs to heat up to your desired temperature.
