The Master Suite is on the first level with private shower with rain shower head, Queen bed
No stairs into main area and master bedroom - 2 bedrooms upstairs with a beautiful tub/shower bathroom.

Washer/Dryer on primisses in garage, shared with apartment on the side of home. Locking doors to laundry space accordingly.
Cleaning staff available for hire if desired.

17. Pet Waste Service: $18 a week for a Pet Waste service (weekly service) is non-negotiable for dogs.
18. Pet Nightly Fee: $10 per night per pet fee will be collected after booking is made, or may be included in a pre-approval.

This home is kept in a very clean state, we will charge for pet damage if applicable.

This home has a separate garage apartment with private entrance that shares the driveway and laundry room only. It is rented separately.
