Southtown / Downtown 3/2-Haus mit Pool und Spa - zu Fuß zum Alamo & Convention Center

Dieses wunderschöne Haus aus den 1880er Jahren ist eine Oase mit einem Whirlpool, einem Pool und einem charmanten Garten mit Blick auf den Tower of the Americas. Günstig gelegen direkt in Downtown und Southtown / Lavaca, einem angesagten, vielseitigen Viertel, ist dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (4 Parkplätze abseits der Straße) nur wenige Blocks vom Riverwalk, dem Alamo, dem Blue Star Arts Complex und dem Henry B Gonzales entfernt Kongresszentrum und der Alamodome.

Die Nachbarschaft ist voll von kinderfreundlichen Parks und Spielplatz, aufregendem Nachtleben und erstaunlichen, preisgekrönten vielseitigen Speisen.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich seit über einem Jahr auf einer anderen Home-Sharing-Seite und hat dort eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung. Es ist neu für HomeAway und die HomeAway-Kunden seit diesem Jahr. Ich hoffe, du liebst es, in meinem Zuhause zu bleiben!

Von meinem Haus aus kann man bequem zu Fuß alles erreichen: Riverwalk, Fiesta, NIOSA, Alamodome, das Henry B Gonzalez Kongresszentrum, King William, der River Walk, The Alamo, das Wachsmuseum, Final Four, zahlreiche lokale Brennereien und Brauereien, The Blue Star Kunstbezirk, Magik Kindertheater und mehr.

Mein Haus wäre ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Bus oder einem Mietwagen zu fahren: Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, AT & T Center, Spurs, UTSA, Universität der Inkarnation, San Antonio Zoo, The Hill Land, Medizinisches Zentrum, San Antonio Missionen, das Witte Museum, Golfplätze, Die Perle, Morgans Wunderland, Schlitterbahn, San Antonio Stock Show und Rodeo, McNay Kunstmuseum, Natural Bridge Caverns und mehr.

Fantastic

We had the best time! We were celebrating our group of high school girlfriends all turning 50 this year, and this property provided everything we needed! The house was clean and well-appointed, and the host included a lot of really nice personal touches. The weather was perfect, and the location was easily walkable to the Riverwalk and a bunch of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home!

This property was so lovely. The art, the color, and the feel were better than the pictures on Vrbo. Ashley has every detail covered to make this place feel like a home away from home. She was very responsive to any questions I had and incredibly helpful with suggestions, both via the Vrbo app and the binder that was in the kitchen. We are already talking about another trip to San Antonio and we would absolutely stay in this place again. Honestly this has been my best experience with a Vrbo rental and host. Thank you Ashley for a wonderful experience.

Just Perfect

Our family of 5 was celebrating a college graduation and visiting San Antonio for the first time. The house provided a perfect home base for us as we enjoyed San Antonio. It’s an easy walk to the Riverwalk, great restaurants and bars. A local restaurant/bakery “Blush” which is right down the street has a wonderful bakery and delicious brunch. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and inside playing games and working on a puzzle. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to San Antonio!

Spring Break

The house was fantastic! It was well stocked and the extra touches (snacks, drinks) were appreciated. There was an issue with the hose in the backyard, which was promptly managed by the owner with easy communication. My teens loved the hot tub (weather was too cold to use the pool much). Just blocks from some great restaurants. Definitely would rent this house again if we are back in San Antonio!

We were in town for a conference, and the property was an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the venue. Lots of great little shops and restaurants and bars within a short walk. Short walk to the Riverwalk. Place was stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Holiday Haven

From the minute we walked in, this felt like home away from home. Everything from the delicious treats awaiting us to the informative binder providing us with San Antonio tips allowed us to have a fantastic vacation. The backyard hot tub helped us enjoy our time when not exploring nearby sites. Record player was an especially fun blast-from-the-past. was This was our first Vrbo experience and Ashley made sure that nothing was missing: beautiful home, excellent location, and clear communication. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This property was worth every dollar. The location is perfect and the house is even better. The owner has literally thought of everything. The house comes with any all items you need while staying away from home. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and just a few blocks from so much of what downtown San Antonio has to offer. It was the little details of this place that made this experience perfect. My family and I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. First class all around!

Great location, walking distance to pretty much everything

This is a great home, very clean and comfortable. We had a conference to attend and were able to walk everywhere without hassle. The local restaurants are great like Rosario's Mexican Cafe which is about 3 blocks away. Just overall a great spot.

This property was definitely one of the best I have stayed in using VRBO. Ashley was a delight to work with from the very beginning. The house was extremely clean, good beds, good sheets, pillows and towels. Decorated simply but nice and the attention to detail was unbelievable, she thinks of everything you would need to be more then comfortable. The pool was an extra treat, especially since it was near 100 degrees. Plenty of seating too! The location of the home is excellent too - walking distance to many attractions, good restaurants and bars. Nice quiet neighborhood, so be sure to respect her neighbors. She also provides a San Antonio guidebook which was very useful, even before we arrived in San Antonio - we had a good idea of what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this home! She deserves a 10 star in my opinion.

Great house and location!

We loved staying at this Southtown location! It has all the amenities you could need and the back yard space is amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and it was so nice that there was coffee, creamer and other refreshments available on our arrival. It is walking distance to several great restaurants and the Alamo. Amazing location

Casa de Fiesta was amazing!!! The attention to detail was amazing and Ashley was so easy to with! The fireworks on NYE were fantastic and we were able to walk to all the festivities downtown!! If you’re looking for a fun and funky Southtown location in SA, this is the place!!

Excellent location & great for entertaining!

Super clean upon arrival, excellent communication with Ashley, the host. The location was walkable to a few restaurants, the river walk, and the convention center. Beautiful view of the Tower from the hot tub & got a picture-perfect memory of it when taking a morning dip during the sunrise! Basics provided for cooking meals at home. Backyard was perfect for entertaining! Would definitely stay here again if I need to travel to San Antonio in the future.

Great vacation rental

This property is centrally situated with all the essential attractions within a 10 minute drive. Local eats and watering holes can be found within a 10-15 minute walking distance. If staying in is what you prefer, the property offers plenty of options. The house is colorfully themed and decorated; appropriately stocked for every age group. Most importantly, it is CLEAN! We would love to come back and stay at the same place again!

Beautiful home, great location!

Celebrated my 50th Birthday with some friends and loved being able to walk to everything from this location including the Riverwalk, shops and tons of restaurants. The owner stocked the house very well and thought of a lot of extra comforts to enhance our stay! Thanks!
