After a full day of exploring San Antonio or hanging out by the pool, everyone has a comfortable place to recharge. With three bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs, Hamilton House gives families and groups a little extra privacy and flexibility.



Bedroom 1 – Primary King Suite | First Floor

Settle into the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed, 30" TV, dresser, closet, and private ensuite bathroom. This room also has a separate adjoining space with a dry sauna, making it an especially nice spot to unwind at the end of the day.



Bedroom 2 – Queen Bedroom | First Floor

A comfortable queen-size bed, 25" TV, dresser, and closet make this room a cozy place to relax. The full hallway bathroom is conveniently located nearby.



Bedroom 3 – Twin Bedroom | First Floor

With two twin beds, a dresser, and a closet, this room is a great setup for kids, siblings, or friends sharing a space. It also has access to the downstairs hallway bathroom.



Bedroom 4 – King Bedroom | Second Floor

Head upstairs to another king bedroom, giving guests a comfortable place to retreat and relax. This bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the neighboring queen bedroom.



Bedroom 5 – Queen Bedroom | Second Floor

The second upstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet, with access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

This bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, giving you options for a quick rinse or a relaxing soak after a long day.



Bathroom 3 – Jack-and-Jill | Second Floor

Shared by the upstairs king and queen bedrooms, this full bathroom includes a shower and sink.



All three bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can leave a few things off your packing list.

A Kitchen Made for Real Cooking

Whether you're making pancakes before a day at SeaWorld or putting together a big family dinner, the kitchen at Hamilton House is ready for it.



With three ovens, an induction cooktop, Samsung refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, and Miele coffee maker, cooking for a crowd doesn't have to feel like a chore.



You'll find induction-compatible pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, serving dishes, and everyday basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil.



The dining table seats eight, and the adjoining living room offers extra seating so everyone can stay connected while meals are being prepared.



A Comfortable Place to Gather

The living room is an easy spot to catch up over coffee, hang out between activities, or settle in for a quiet evening. There's a 45" TV and a decorative fireplace that adds some character to the space. (The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.)



Your Own Home Theater

Movie night gets an upgrade in the dedicated theater room with surround sound. Pick a family favorite, settle in together, and enjoy a night at the movies without having to go anywhere.



Game Room Fun

Got a competitive streak? Challenge someone to air hockey in the game room. It's a fun way to keep kids and adults entertained, especially when everyone needs a break from the Texas sun.



A Little Time for Yourself

After a busy day, slip away for a session in the dry sauna or unwind in the professional massage chair. Both are available for guest use and make it easy to work a little relaxation into your vacation.



You'll also have high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer, particularly handy for longer stays or families traveling with kids.

The backyard is one of the best parts of Hamilton House, with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors without leaving home.



Spend the afternoon cooling off in your **private inground pool** when you're ready to take things slower. The pool is currently unheated, so the water temperature will vary with the weather.



When it's time to get out of the sun, head to the covered sitting area to relax and enjoy a little shade.



Fire up the charcoal grill for an easy backyard cookout, then gather around the wood-burning fire pit as the evening winds down. The multi-seat outdoor couch gives everyone a comfortable spot to share stories, laugh, and enjoy time together.



A Note for Families: The outdoor living area is fenced, but the gate latch can be opened by children. It is not a child-secure pool barrier, so children must be closely supervised around the pool and spa at all times.

The driveway has parking for two vehicles, making arrivals, departures, and day trips convenient.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We want everyone to have a great stay while also respecting our neighbors and keeping Hamilton House welcoming for future guests.



All reservations require a quick online check-in through our guest portal, including a signed Rental Agreement, ID verification, and a one-time $99 accidental damage waiver. The waiver covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage for stays of 10 nights or less. For stays longer than 10 nights, the waiver is $9.90 per night.



Cancellations: The 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.



Late Checkout: Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a minimum $150 fee.



Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors as long as smoke does not enter the house and cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Violations will result in a fee.



Pets: Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee.



Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, all guests must be indoors by 10 PM. The backyard and other outdoor areas may not be used after 10 PM. Music and amplified speakers must be kept at a respectful neighborhood volume at all times.



Noise Violations: A $500 fine applies to noise violations.



Pool: The pool is currently unheated. The outdoor fence is not a childproof pool barrier. Children must be supervised at all times around the water.
