Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 2,100 sq ft home designed for families and groups to relax, have fun and spend time together. Enjoy your own private backyard retreat with a relaxing hot tub, unique floating tree deck, large covered patio with comfortable seating, BBQ grill, cornhole and string lights that create a great atmosphere in the evening.

There’s plenty of entertainment inside too! The dedicated game room features foosball, air hockey and an arcade machine — great for both kids and adults.

The home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests:
• Primary bedroom — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Two trundle beds
• Bedroom 4 — Two twin beds

The home also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer and dryer, drip coffee maker and plenty of private parking. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

You’ll be in a great location for exploring northwest San Antonio, just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and The RIM. You’ll also have easy access to Topgolf, UTSA, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and major highways for exploring the rest of San Antonio.

Whether you’re spending the day at Six Flags, shopping at La Cantera, challenging the family in the game room, or simply relaxing in the hot tub under the backyard string lights, the home is set up for a memorable San Antonio stay.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:

• This is a 100% non-smoking home.

• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

• The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to turn it on when you check in; please allow a few hours for it to reach your preferred temperature.

• There is a separately occupied mother-in-law suite on the opposite side of the property. It has its own private entrance and is fully separated by fencing. No indoor or outdoor areas are shared, so you’ll have complete privacy.

• Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
