Originally built in 1925 and remodeled in 2023 by both us and our family, our spacious home features:

As you step inside, you'll appreciate the seamless blend of original details and modern upgrades. The open-concept living and dining area creates a cozy ambiance for gatherings and quality time with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary treat, complete with stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink, where you can create delicious meals and lasting memories.

Our 4 bedrooms are inviting and comfortable, with plush memory foam mattresses and soft linens for a wonderful night's sleep. The 3 renovated bathrooms offer a haven of relaxation, showcasing modern fixtures and curated finishes. We tried to preserve as much of the home as we could during restoration. Among its original features are the pine-leaf flooring, wood windows, doors and trims, and exposed shiplap to highlight timeless craftsmanship.

Outside, you can relax on the porch and take a step back in time or enjoy the spacious .23-acre fully-fenced corner lot. For added convenience and peace of mind, our home offers private parking and security features to ensure our guests feel safe during their stay.

We spent a year meticulously restoring every corner of this beautiful craftsman house in the heart of San Antonio. From the wooden windows to the pine floors and even the tile and grout color, no detail was overlooked.

Located just east of downtown, it's home to a mix of well-preserved historic homes and newly constructed ones. It has excellent proximity to downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk, the Pearl District, and the historic Alamo. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with new and tenured residents alike.

Please note that the neighborhood is undergoing revitalization, with regular roadway and construction activities. We provide complimentary earbuds and white noise machine for our guests just in case.

The best way to get around our neighborhood is by driving or via rideshare. We have a private driveway with secure parking for up to 4 vehicles behind our iron fence. You can opt to lock the gate for added security, and our driveway is under 24/7 video surveillance. There's also plenty of street parking available as we're on a corner lot with few adjacent neighbors. The front and side street parking areas are also under video surveillance for extra security.
