The space
Three bedroom, 2 Full bath house that was recently renovated. The Craftsman style house has lots of character. There is a full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, living area, and a deck for sitting and enjoying the fresh breeze

Bedroom 1 has a Full size bed
Bedroom 2 has a Full size bed and Twin Bed
Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed

Rooms has luggage racks and wireless charging lamps.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home including all three bedrooms, bathroom kitchen, living area and driveways. Feel free to use any dishes, pots, pans and spices located in the home

There is a key pad on the door, you will type the designated code. After typing the code, press #. The door will unlock. Hold # on door, after closing front door to lock it.
Other things to note
The large tub in Master suite is just a soaker tub. Jet’s doesn’t work.

Please load/run dishwasher before leaving.

No parties. Quite time starts at 9 pm to 6 am. Just trying to courteous to neighbors.

If you are staying on trash days please place the can at
the curb.
Trash days are as follows
Black can- Friday
Green and Blue- Tuesday
