Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and stressful. During our reservation, the neighbors repeatedly called the police and entered our rented space without our permission, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. This situation was entirely outside of our control and significantly disrupted our stay.We attempted to work with the host in good faith to resolve the issue and reached an agreement on how to fix the situation. Despite this, the host continued to canceled our reservation and forcibly removed us from the property. This occurred under extreme weather conditions, which made the situation even more difficult.What was most frustrating was the lack of cooperation afterward. We were unable to receive a full refund and were not compensated appropriately after the cancellation, even though the decision was made by the host and not by us.While the property itself may be suitable for others, our experience with the neighbors and the host’s handling of the situation made this stay very unpleasant. I would encourage future guests to consider these issues carefully before booking.
