„Well you can only get food when your room is available and when you complain they are indifferent. The management is terrible especially maia fernanda at customer service she has no idea how to deal with customers. Also the food is very misleading they will say fruit in a puff pastry and it has ham, also the alfredo which doesbt have ham come full of it. And when you say somethinf they dismiss you. I have fixtures and video of the mistreatment vut im only allowed 400 characters“

„We expected a room with a private balcony but shared a terrace with the owners which felt a bit awkward. Our reservation stated daily room service but it was only cleaned once in five days and bins emptied twice. Windows were very dirty and the air con unit was centrally controlled by the owner. However on a more positive note the owners were very welcoming and friendly and even did a wash for us at no additional cost.“
