"Beautiful hotel in the centre of Samnaun. Rooms were wonderful and the spa was too. Food and cocktails were also very good. The hotel has lots of partnerships with local shops and offers discounts because of it which is nice. Also lots of hiking options in the area. My only criticism is the check-in was a bit messy (some of the group got shown around the hotel, others didn't, room keys weren't all distributed right away, etc) and we were not informed of the weekly program they offer (which was a shame because they offer great things like yoga session, local outings, etc)."

"We loved the experience in this hotel, from the friendly welcome in the arrival to the easy checkout process. The hotel is dog friendly, and the staff prepared some mats for our puppy. The location is great, just side by side to the gondola. For sure we will repeat the experience in the winter season to visit the ski slopes :)"
