„We received a lovely greeting - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed and very nice on suite. They provided everything & more what needed, kettle, selection of teas, coffe, sugar, biscuits and a daily chocolate each. We would highly recommend “

„A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. „Als Gast >10 Jahre fällt mir auf dass Manches schon stark in die Jahre gekommen ist. Siehe Fotos. Und in der Bar ist das Personal noch langsamer geworden. Wo ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt logieren werde? Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht mehr. Schade. “

„I treated my mom to a weekend away at New Forest last weekend and we stayed at Cottage Lodge Hotel - the room was amazing, super clean and fantastically maintained. The hosts were super sweet and kind. The breakfast was exceptional!! A lot of information for routes around the forest and information for the village and nearby towns. We both look forward to returning back - I really can’t recommend this place enough. We loved absolutely everything!“

„Lage, Sauberkeit, Zustand - alles prima. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack individuell eingerichtet, Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und zugewandt. Das Frühstück war überragend! Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier, aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.“

„Lovely hotel !! The service was excellent throughout and the room lovely. The food in the upper deck was fantastic and the drinks on the lawn were very enjoyable. Only small gripe was that the room was extremely hot and the wedding guests from the wedding that was also going on were very loud below the room so we could not open the window. Would definitely return“

„We were not expecting such a great hotel - it is truly a 'New Forest Inn', at breakfast we were treated to a 'walk-by' of New Forest Ponies' - which was fun as they walked very slowly past the 'Inn'. And the breakfast was 'scrumptious'! Food was fabulous, staff were very friendly - and the room was very comfortable and clean - would definitely stay here again - very many thanks - Larisa & Paul Warren-Smith “

„Zimmer war schön groß mit neuwertigen Badezimmer und großer Dusche. Ausblick auf die Schafwiese nebenan war auch seh schön. Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee und Kekse waren vorhanden, Tisch und zwei Sessel, insgesamt sehr gemütlich. Einziges Manko war das Essen, welches allenfalls britischer Durchschnitt war zum dafür zu hohen Preis. Das Restaurant selbst sowie der abarbeiten h war aber r chr. gemütlich, der Service in Ordnung. Frühstück war nicht im Preis und wir haben aufgrund der Erfahrung ...

„Man muss den 'alten Englischen Scharm' mögen, sonnst ist man hier falsch. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Erklärungen im Speisesaal 'was, wie funktionier bzw. abläuft' waren sehr dürftig und haben uns gefehlt. Das ist ein Mangel. Auch dürfte man mit nicht-Engländern etwas langsamer Englisch redden.“
