„So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. To check out, we had to call them to come get the keys and they didn’t even know “we were leaving”. They thought we were leaving 3 days after. “

„I would NOT recommend staying at this property. We arrived at 8pm to the home and there was NO electricity. Not because the power was out in the neighborhood, but because nobody was there to check it and turn it back on with the company. There was also NO water. No water in the sinks and showers OR drinking water. Again, something that should have been checked BEFORE our arrival. When we tried to use the stove, that also didn't work. Turns out there was no gas. Also the WiFi did NOT ...

The greeting was easy with Angel and Mike listening to instructions.I do wish we had a second set of keys so part of the group could go outand others to the beach and still lock up the property.Angel swept the patio each morning and used the pool net to remove debris from the pool.We swept the floors on days the maid was not there. „Nicht schlecht, aber vieles lässt sich verbessern. Besonders in der Küche. Zudem werden den beiden Nachbar-Villen am Wochenende lautstarke Partys gefeiert. Der Whirlpool ist nicht funktionsfähig- er läuft, wann er will, aber nicht wenn man ihn nutzen will. Das Haus und die Zimmer lassen sich nicht abschließen.“
