„This is a great property for those looking for an OBX property that isn’t ginormous. Definitely an updated older beach home, with nice updated decor. Under-house entertaining and game room were nice features. Host is highly attentive. The property is next to a somewhat busy road on one side, but that also allowed for easy access to walking trails. Beach was a very short walk and didn’t involve crossing any roads. We had a great time. “

„Very enjoyable and relaxing stay, the house has a great layout and location. Very quiet neighborhood. The A/C kept up with the 90/100 degree weather, very comfortable. The outdoor shower was great. The fenced in back yard is great for dogs and small children. We will be coming back!“

„Fabulous location and great views. One note is that the A/C is rather loud in the upstairs ocean view room. Also…perhaps a prompt in the listing would be helpful that there are beach chairs and a beach tent in the bedroom cupboard. We found them as we were leaving. Overall wonderful place to have celebrated 3 birthdays and a graduation!! “

„Great location in South Nags Head, with a quick walk to the beach, easy access to the pier and Oregon Inlet. At the time of our stay, the owner has provided a great deal of extras for guests to enjoy from beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, etc. My family was able to book a short, partial week stay as we awaited opening of Hatteras Island following hurricane Erin. Great spot to enjoy the beach in the OBX. “

„This was our first time renting on the sound and we chose the perfect house! The house was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions.
