Cow Byre is an all ground floor, stone, semi-detached cottage set close to the village of Lingdale, only four miles from the Spa town of Saltburn-by-the Sea on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. This cottage is a former farm building and is disabled-friendly offering two bedrooms consisting of one double and one single, as well as a wet room with shower, meaning four people can stay in comfortable surroundings. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is ample off road parking and a patio and lawned area to rear with furniture. Cow Byre is a delightful holiday home in a lovely area, close to many places of interest. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No other pets accepted at the property without prior arrangement. Dogs are not to be left unattended in property.



The Neighborhood:

The village of Lingdale is set on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and offers a pub and shop. Just four miles away is the town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, which boasts shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants, a pier and sandy beaches. Close by is the popular towns of Whitby and Scarborough.
