Parking is available throughout Saltburn-by-the-Sea, with on-street parking located directly outside the apartment building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking is available on the street outside the apartment, on a first come basis. Additional parking is available throughout Saltburn including street parking and pay and display car parks. Please note: some parking on and around Marine Parade is now permit-holder / resident parking only. Please check signs and road markings carefully before leaving your vehicle, as parking in a resident bay without a permit may result in a penalty charge notice.

Saltburn itself is a wonderfully walkable town. From Kingsley House, you'll be just a few minutes' walk from the beach, historic pier, Cliff Lift, Valley Gardens, independent cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, allowing you to make the most of your stay on foot.



For those travelling by car, on-street parking is available outside the apartment on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional public parking located throughout the town.
