Entire 3BR duplex apartment nestled in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with private off-street parking, self-check-in, high-speed WiFi, Netflix, Disney, two entertainment areas, and 3BR accommodations. Located in the heart of trendy Sugar House and within walking distance to parks, restaurants, chic cocktail spots, and a vibrant shopping scene, this cozy hideaway is close to everything SLC has to offer!

Come back to the privacy of your own home after enjoying one of Utah's 6 world-class ski resorts (just a 30 minute drive!), or an Uber ride 10 minutes from downtown after a night out. Your new home away from home is the perfect stay for ski vacations, business trips, singles, families, & couples.

Another thing to note: The apartment next door is also a VRBO, so if you are traveling with many guests, why not rent out the entire duplex!

Sugar House Hideaway Space:
The upstairs features the master bedroom (queen bed); living room w/Smart TV, comfortable seating (including a convertible sofa bed), and stainless steel privacy barn doors (note: there is a shared wall with the adjacent duplex apartment). Upstairs also features a cozy dining room; a bathroom with a luxurious claw tub
and shower feature; a fully-stocked kitchen; and a corner mud room where you can store your coats, skis, etc.

The downstairs (remodeled basement) has slightly lower ceilings and two additional private bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with an office space, a comfy 7.5 foot beanbag lounger, and a twin XL mattress bed lifted up on a spacious ledge. Both downstairs bedrooms have dressers, closets, and storage space. The downstairs also has a cozy SmartTV room with an additional twin bed and cushioned ledge seating. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer as well.

During your stay, you will have self-check-in and full private access to the entire apartment and adjacent off-street parking on the premises.

I was delivering a car to my daughter in Salt Lake City. She flew in from Denver and I drove out from California. The house was nice, clean, communication was excellent, and the house was exactly as described.It is also within walking distance of a number of restaurants, though the evening we were there was a bit chillier than we desired.

The house was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, I felt like we were in a safe place. The downside of our stay was the smell and sticky surfaces. The garbage had not been taken out, the Kureg was a mess and still had an old pod it in, the table was sticky and there were messes on the walls. I am thankful that the toilet was clean and the beds were made with clean sheets.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and so close to coffee shops and restaurants. The furnishings are nice and it is obvious the host wants to make guests comfortable. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive. Parking was so easy right next to the apartment.

Wonderful location in the Sugarhouse neighborhood. The home was very cute and well decorated, but a bit small for our family of 4. The kitchen was a little hard to navigate— a tiny dishwasher that didn’t fit the dishes provided, only 4 large plates, etc. made it hard to cook and clean up for 4 people. The hot water was way too hot, beyond scalding, and this made using the faucets a pain. The biggest bummer was the home odor— after searching specifically for a no pets rental due to my family’s allergies, we were disappointed that the home smelled like pets had lived there for awhile. It may have just been the quite worn carpet, but it was unpleasant all the same. Overall it was a comfortable, cute place in a great location but fairly average for the price.

This cute little place is located in Sugar House District just blocks from restaurants and several breweries. It is in a super quiet neighborhood. We had a blast of cold weather but the house was nice and warm and quite comfortable. The host is very quick to respond to messages. The kitchen is stocked with spices etc. There are lots of extra blankets and pillows to get cozy.The downstairs is a bit musty as it is basement space. But other than that was was a great spot for our first stay in Salt Lake City

We were happy with the location to the Digistar offices. Due to construction every where we were re-routed almost every day. Some roads had no access for 24 to 36 hours. We booked through Vrbo but then went to Zillow and got more information. Zillow lists the property as having 2 bathrooms (maybe based on the 2 pictures available on Vrbo. We were surprised that there was only one bathroom. The bathroom was a large claw foot tub. In my younger days I probably would have been thrilled. But now having herniated discs in my back I found getting in and out over the sides very dangerous. Also, it says air conditioned. The one bedroom upstairs has a window unit. It works but is loud. It constantly turns on and off as temps are reached. We moved to another bed. All other beds are in the basement and there is no air conditioners down there. There are a lot of fans. I was very warm the first two nights but after that the night time temps decreased and we opened window. There is one more window unit by the dining room table.The washer and dryer worked. We found a great cream puff store in walking distance and had cream puffs every night. Overall location is good. We just came during lots of road construction.

Great location, super cute decor, comfy beds, kitchen with everything we needed (including tons of spices and other basics)! Stayed four nights with my son, and found the Sugar House Hideaway to be a lovely home base for our daily adventures nearby and further away. Fast, easy communication with host. Highly recommend this rental!
