This private, 500-square-foot ground-floor apartment is one of only four units in a solid masonry building, providing exceptional privacy with no neighbors above or below. With its own private entrance, 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and open layout, the space feels more like a small home than a typical apartment.

Located just 1½ blocks from the TRAX and FrontRunner station, you’ll have direct access to Salt Lake City International Airport and downtown without needing a car. Walk to the Delta Center, Salt Palace Convention Center, Gateway, Temple Square, restaurants, Movie Theater, Planetarium, and entertainment, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a neighborhood just outside the downtown core.

Bringing a vehicle? Parking is easy. Most of our guests arrive in vehicles. The street directly in front of the building offers free, unrestricted on-street parking on both sides, allowing you to park just steps from your private entrance. We are just far enough off of downtown that we do not get their parking impact. Whether you’re traveling with or without a car, getting around Salt Lake City is simple and convenient.

Inside, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. The bedroom comfortably sleeps up to four with a queen bed and a full-size bed, both featuring premium memory foam mattresses, along with a dedicated work desk that’s ideal for remote work or business travelers. The living room includes a twin sleeper sofa with a real mattress, providing additional sleeping space for another guest.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range and is stocked with cookware, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. A dedicated laundry room with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board, makes longer stays easy and convenient.

The full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination, plush towels, and a hair dryer.

For year-round comfort, a Mitsubishi two-zone mini-split system provides independent climate control in both the bedroom and living area, offering efficient heating, air conditioning, and dehumidification. New energy-efficient windows and the building’s solid masonry construction help create a quiet, comfortable living environment.
