I had a terrible experience at this hotel, which I booked on short notice and couldn't cancel. Upon arrival, I was surprised by a $100 cash deposit request. We received the last available room on the second floor, accessed through a dirty back entrance with sticky stairs and cluttered hallways. The room smelled musty, the curtains were crooked, and the carpet was grimy. Although the bed sheets looked clean, the bed cover was dirty and had a foul odor. I found something crawling in the sheets that looked like a bed bug, we took video. At that moment we packed and left. When we checked out and showed the video the staff became defensive and claimed we would only get half of our deposit back due to blood-stained sheets. I told her she was lying since we had video evidence. We left frustrated and urge you to remove this hotel from your list. Too many complaints and bad reviews forced us to book another hotel, which isn’t fair since Expedia should vet these properties before listing them. This hotel is unfit for guests and should be closed.
