The dedicated workspace with a height-adjustable standing desk and ergonomic office chair ensures productivity. The kitchen is outfitted with a two-burner cooktop and an air fryer since there is not an oven for all your cooking needs. Stay comfortable year-round with the Mini Split heating and cooling system, and enjoy fast, reliable WiFi. With great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation (TRAX) just minutes away, everything you need is at your fingertips!

The private entrance is through the shared backyard. Enter through the front gate and follow the sidewalk to your own stand alone guest house. During the summer there is a patio table and lounge chairs. There is a grill you are welcome to use all year long.

The unit has a tankless water heater which is perfect for taking hot showers. If the hot water is turned on in the kitchen or bathroom sink while the shower is running the water tempature goes down slightly.
