We ask for your cooperation in observing the following rules and guidelines:

⚫️ Adjustments to check-in and check-out times are subject to approval. Kindly notify the host if you would like to request a modification.

Early Check-in: 2:00 PM — $40 fee applies
Late Check-out: 12:00 PM — $40 fee applies

⚫️ Currently, we are not accepting pets, but this policy is subject to change in the near future.

⚫️ A $250 fee will be charged for any lost or damaged (beyond repair) key fobs.

⚫️ Lockouts from 4 PM to 10 PM will incur a $60 fee. For lockouts after 10 PM, a $200 fee will be required and subject to a 1-hour wait time given the time of night.

⚫️ Noise, disruptive behavior, disrespect, or unlawful activities will lead to the forfeiture of your reservation.

***The following service is available for instances where your in-unit trash needs immediate disposal and cannot wait until housekeeping handles it at the end of your stay.***

⚫️ Kindly place trash in the designated container and place the container bin, holding your securely tied bags, outside your door between 5 PM and 7 PM on the scheduled service nights, Sunday–Thursday (Fridays and Saturdays are excluded).

Your Valet Living trash container must be returned to the unit before 9 AM the following morning to keep the community appealing. Non-compliance may result in a $50 trash violation fee.

Ensure all trash is in tied bags that fit inside the Valet Living trash bin, with no rips, leaks, liquids, or sharp objects.

No Pets Allowed – Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this property.
Strict No Smoking Policy – Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit or on any balconies.
Smoking Violation Fee – A $1,000 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking. This covers deep cleaning, odor removal, and potential damages.
