THE GIST
Welcome to our fully remodeled 5-bedroom, 4-bath West Jordan home, with room for up to 18 guests and an easy launch point for a Salt Lake City or Canyon getaway. Cook for the whole group in two full Bosch kitchens, gather in the open living areas across three floors, and unwind in a spa-like master with a soaking tub, rain shower, and heated floors. Keep everyone happy with a downstairs game area, a 100-inch screen over a huge, comfy sectional made for movie nights, an in-ground trampoline, and a half basketball court. There's a TV in every bedroom and living area too, so nobody's fighting over the remote. Two oversized water heaters mean no cold showers, laundry both up and downstairs, plus a 3-car garage and RV pad with hookup. Twenty minutes to the airport and just a short drive to 6 world-class ski resorts.

THE MASTER SUITE
If you're the one who planned this trip, take this room because you've earned it. You can wake up and make your coffee right there at the built-in coffee bar without going downstairs, curl up in the big nook chair by the window with a book, take a long shower under the rain head or a soak in the tub, and then head down to meet everyone when you're ready for the day. Heated floors, a gas fireplace, a king bed, and a bathroom we may have gone a little overboard on. It's meant to feel like a retreat inside the house.

THE BACKYARD
This is where the kids will spend half the trip. There's an in-ground trampoline set flush with the grass so they can just hop right on, a half basketball court, and a lawn with room to run around. There's a covered pavilion and pergola with seating, so the adults have a shady spot to sit while everyone plays.

GETTING AROUND UTAH
We're right in the middle of the valley, which makes it easy to get just about anywhere. You can be up one of the Cottonwood canyons skiing in about half an hour, at the airport in twenty to thirty minutes, or headed downtown, out to the lake, or off on whatever adventure you've got planned.

Whether you're here for the slopes, a game, a show, the lake, or just exploring, this is an easy home base for all of it. And it's just as pretty in summer, the canyons are beautiful year round.

WHO STAYS HERE
This house was made for families and big groups getting together, the reunion that's been on the calendar for two years, a milestone birthday, grandparents and parents and a pile of cousins all under one roof. It works just as well for a ski trip or a weekend with friends, and if your group is smaller, you'll just have that much more room to stretch out.

HOUSE RULES
We love it when people gather to celebrate, but we are not a "party house". We ask that things stay peaceful and quiet after 10pm, since our neighbors are good people who live here all year and are friends of ours.

A NOTE FROM US
This was our first home before we started sharing it, and we remodeled it with a lot of love and intention. Treat it like you'd want your own home treated and we'll get along just fine. We hope you love it here as much as we did.
