The reception at the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were excellently equipped and very clean. The staff at checkout seemed very demotivated to me. The young lady at reception hardly spoke a word, answered questions only reluctantly, and had headphones in her ears. She seemed annoyed and listless. The breakfast staff also seemed annoyed. For me, a friendly atmosphere and a high customer level are very important. The customer should also feel welcome. There was no farewell formula either; the lady hid behind the counter and communicated with me in sign language.
