Upon checking in my room it was not ready, I was advised they had another room which would be satisfactory. My children and I discovered the 2 queen beds i requested was not 2 queens. To describe the bathroom as small would be an understatement, the shower was not cleaned and multiple bottles of shampoo and a razor were left behind. The room had issues, lights that did not work, plug ins that did not work and circuits that were overloaded. The kitchenette had a coffee maker, small fridge and 2 burner stove , only 1 worked all plugged into the same extension cord from a receptical hanging from the ceiling. Unused items had to be unplugged so that others could be used. Eg unplugging the fridge if i wanted to make coffee. As i had booked a kitchenette i was expecting some compromise with appliances amenties that were provided. All of these issues my children and i could tollerate. On the second day of our stay the heat kept turning off it was late November temperature 2 degrees outside. I approached management 4 times in 3 hrs, requesting things be changed, fixed or refunded. I had a knock on my door from another care taker who advised he wished to look around the room because the heat turning off was my fault due to overload. The second care taker brought a space heater for heat , but this was not possible as the power kept shutting off. I requested a refund on my stay and in turn was offered a pizza dinner at a restaurant which was owned by the manager. Do not stay here.
