„Direkt am Fluss gelegen und fußläufig zum Lewis und Clark Center. Schöne große saubere Zimmer. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Kaffee und heisses Wasser gibt es in der Lobby 24 Stunden. Gute Betten. Da nahe an der Schnellstraße nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster laut, auch rückseitig zum Fluss hin hört man den Verkehr. Freundliches Personal. Restaurant im Haus in dem sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen gegessen werden kann. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist ein super Diner (Horizon) der bereits ab 6.00 ...

„Good stay. Only a few issues. The water pressure in the shower was not good. Also, when a toilet flushed on the floor above it sounded like water rushing down the wall while you slept often waking me up. Last issue was the homeless. A fair amount and some were in the parking garage elevator area when we left putting me on edge with my family. The Sioux City PD did show up and run them off property which was nice to see. “

„Property is very clean, but there were a couple things that could’ve improved. There are a few things in the breakfast area that were broken and by 8 o’clock some of the breakfast items were already gone and probably could’ve been restocked. We did get some noise from the room above us from people walking around, but other than that it was a good day and a great value.“
