Inside, the cottage feels light, spacious, and inviting. The open-plan living area is perfect for spending time together, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating opening out through large doors onto your own private patio. Beyond the patio, a shared cob-walled garden provides a lovely spot to unwind, while a gate leads directly onto a peaceful river walk.

Cottage 3 offers flexible and inclusive accommodation. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite, fully equipped wheelchair-accessible wet room, making the cottage suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright double room with an additional bed, a cosy single bedroom, and a shared family bathroom. Freshly laundered linen and towels are provided, and for stays longer than a week, complimentary cleaning and linen changes can be arranged.

Well-behaved pets are welcome (by arrangement and with a small additional charge), so your four-legged companions can enjoy the countryside too.

From the cottage, Salisbury is easily reached. A picturesque 30-minute walk takes you along the river, through the stunning Cathedral grounds, and into the medieval city centre. Prefer to drive? It’s just five minutes by car, with a convenient park-and-ride bus stop at the top of Lower Road.
