„Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it.“

„My suggestion is leave bottle water in the room. A bottle for each person. The cost warrants complimentary water. The rooms requires sound proofing. Very noisy and NOT due to noisy guests.“

„A small group of friends and I stayed here for a short weekend trip and loved our stay here. The house was very clean and was perfect for what we had been looking for. Collin was very welcoming when we had arrived and made sure we settled in comfortably. We would definitely book here again :)“

„It was a perfect location , clean and nice little kitchen . Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like smelly armpits, the closet had only one hanger , there wasn’t a can opener or dish rack and there was only one dish towel . “

Our family only wants to rent for long weekends and that is impossible to find in Seabrook Beach, NH. We had a truly wonderful long weekend beach get-away and will be back again soon.“

„Terrible smell, couldn’t get TV to work, select kitchen over flowing with plates and pots, dirty air fryer, rusted tub, dirty walls, no bath or kitchen towels, toilet paper and a few paper towels and dish soap w/ dirty sponge provided, left with asthma and congestion.“

„Nice place in a great location“

„Great location for walking to food, shopping and the beautiful waterfront. Room as described. We had a nice weekend visit.“

„Great place, just as advertised. Host gave us tips and tricks for the neighborhood “

„I never even stayed after fighting my way up a tiny stairwell and then getting into to my room to hear some yelping dogs (atleast 2 if not 3) I wasn’t going to deal with it so in your listing I’d start stating your parking is no better then a smart car maybe and that you’ve got dogs living in the rental which are very very annoying. After stating I wasn’t going to stay there they said ok we understand with 0 offering to refund money or anything. I’d highly suggest finding a new place unless you ...
