„We had a great 3-night stay at Darlene’s bungalow. Everything was exactly as described both in the description and the photos. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the Alabama Hills and Whitney Portal. Even if you weren’t able to score permits for Mt. Whitney you can at least do a 6-7 mile round trip hike to Lone Pine Lake. It’s gorgeous! Plenty of eateries around town and some interesting attractions in Lone Pine. All in all we highly recommend Darlene’s place! “

„Stayed over a holiday weekend and this place was almost half the cost of the hotels. As others reviewed this place is very clean and has everything you’d need including a full size washer and dryer. There is a futon in the living room with a TV. The fridge is smaller than pictured and they put storage for pans below. There are portable induction stove tops (loved those). No microwave, but there is a toaster oven. Others have mentioned no hot tub, which is true. Think they meant bath tub, ...

„This was a great place to stay! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the owners have updated and modernized almost everything (I believe they were ticking a few more off their list at the time of our stay). The home is a little outside of Bishop proper, but we loved the easy access to local trails.“

„Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch die Matratzen sind gut. Im Außenbereich wäre ein etwas größerer Tisch praktisch. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Berg ist wirklich sehr schön.“

„Outstanding experience. The house is super clean and comfortable. The location is gorgeous - edge of town with incredible views of the Alabama Hills and the whole Sierra range beyond. "Wir wurden angeschrieben das wir in einem Schwesterhotel einchecken mussten! Was eigentlich nicht schlimm gewesen wäre aber die Dame vom Empfang dort hat mir nur gesagt das die Briefumschläge im Briefkasten sind und ich mir meinen rausholen soll! Sonst nichts! Da ich davon ausgegangen bin das wir dann auch an der angegebenen Adresse im El Rancho Motel wie bei Expedia angegeben sind sind wir dort hingefahren! Leider waren wir aber woanders untergebracht. Die Adresse stand zwar auf dem Umschlag den hatte ich mir aber zuerst nicht so genau angeschaut! So was hätte man auch in der Mail in der geschrieben wurde wo man „Einchecken „ muss schreiben müssen!!!!"
