„This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The host was outright terrifying, banging on our door at 9:30 AM and yelling at us to leave, even though check-out was at 10:00. When we confronted her about the aggressive noise, she responded with rudeness and a terrible attitude. The room was disgusting: the bathroom had mold, the beds were old and uncomfortable, and the entire place felt unclean and neglected.
