Our condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator, but the historic grand staircase is GORGEOUS! Guests have access to a shared laundry room on the building's third floor (so one flight up from the condo). There is no designated parking spot, but you'll find plenty of free parking around the downtown area. High speed Internet service was recently upgraded to 1 gigabyte!
