„This flat is close to the Piccadilly train station, but just far enough that we needed a taxi due to the amount of luggage we had. The flat was great and gave us plenty of space. Steph was very responsive and helpful with my questions. The location is good and you can catch an Uber pretty quickly to get around town. Overall we had a great stay.“

„It’s unfortunate that the housekeeping for this home was sub par. Bed sheets had extreme amounts of lint, hair. The walls had stains all over, kitchen stove looked like it was never cleaned. There were dirty oven pans in the backyard. No vanity mirrors in bathrooms, kind of hard to get ready without those. Wouldn’t stay here again.“

No instructions on how to control the heating - we finally found the control unit hidden on the top of a cupboard in the kitchen. Kitchen sink had a big crack in it. Shoddy décor throughout. Bed in main bedroom: let's just say the springs and mattress have seen better days. The bathroom floor is collapsing because (I assume) water from the shower. Didn't dare actually use the shower but the shower head looked ...
