„I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating.
