The space
The home is on 3 levels. The lower level can be entered through the 1 car garage from the rear of the property. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed, bathroom, game room with a dart board (magnetic darts), the garage and stairs to the main level.

On the main level, you will have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric induction range, dishwasher, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker with K-cup single serve, 4 slice toaster, cookware and dinnerware for 12. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, 55" LED TV. The washer and dryer are just off the hallway. There is a primary bedroom with a king size bed and deck access, another bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. The bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. It can be accessed from the primary bedroom and hallway.

On the upper level there is a loft area with a sleeper sofa and 65” TV, a PS3 that plays video games, and Blueray/DVD discs and a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub.

There are 2 outdoor (either front or rear) and 1 indoor parking spaces available.
Guest access
The home is in a gated community best accessed from the south entrance. When guest 1st arrives, a packet will be waiting at the guard station gate. A gate pass will be provided for one vehicle. Access to the house has a keyless entry. A code will be provided by the owner.
