Tamaris Sainte-Terre - Proche Saint Emilion
The agency Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers for rent, in the authentic village of Terre Sainte, this charming house completely renovated and air-conditioned with an area of 120 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It consists of a nice living room of 40 m 2, an open kitchen equipped, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m 2. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 40 m2 with TV
- An open kitchen equipped thought for the moments shared with notably: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hobs.... Its large central island makes it a true heart of life, perfect for cooking, chatting or having an aperitif.
- A separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: spacious and bright with a king-size bed (180x200), it has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, sink and toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: offers a peaceful atmosphere, with a queen-size bed (160x200), elegant decoration and quality materials. It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
- Room 3: combines space and privacy. Ideal for a couple or friends, it has a king-size bed (180x200) and its private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 600 m2 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A covered terrace with garden table and barbecue to share good meals with family or friends, in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Terre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Access to the first part of the garden is through an electric gate, laid out in gravel, easily park up to 3 vehicles inside the property.
An external outlet is also available to recharge hybrid or electric cars at an additional cost (standard socket, no quick charge).
Regarding other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Saint Emilion station is 10 minutes away by car
- Bordeaux airport is 1h away
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Specific equipment (cot, high chair...) are to be requested in advance.
- Free WiFi available (optical fiber)
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay/one small animal. Please specify it at the reservation please.
- The charging socket for electric vehicles is in addition of €10/day. Payment to be made to the local manager.
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of accommodation for future visitors. We thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
