Venez découvrir ce havre de paix offrant une retraite en nature tout en étant près de tous les services et de vos activités favorites. Le chalet suisse est situé à 2 minutes du village de Sainte-Agathe ainsi que de plusieurs stations de ski et activités estivales, dont le fameux Ptit Train du Nord.

Au chalet, vous retrouverez tout pour vous amuser; table de billard et bain toubillon sont à l`honeur!

À l`intérieur, le chalet respire le confort. L`étage principal vous propose une grande cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec îlot central, deux grands salons dont une table de billard et un foyer, une grande salle à manger avec téléviseur, 2 terrasses extérieures avec BBQ pour vos séjours estivaux ainsi qu`une salle de bain complète avec laveuse/sécheuse.

À l`étage supérieur, vous retrouverez une chambre fermée avec lit queen ainsi qu`un espace salon avec bureau, sofa et téléviseur. Cet endroit peut servir de salle de jeux pour les enfants.

Au sous-sol, vous retrouverez l`entrée principale avec vestibule ainsi que 3 chambres fermées queens et une salle de bain 100% rénovée.

De ce même étage, vous aurez accès au SPA privé extérieur ainsi qu`au rez de jardin.

Tout y est! Que vous soyez à la recherche d`une escapade d`un séjour en famille ou entre amis, le chalet suisse propose un environnement paisible qui vous fera oublier la routine quotidienne.

When a reservation is confirmed, the tenant agrees to abide by the rules outlined below.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with the owner/manager. If the tenant departs after 11:00 AM without authorization, a fee of $100 will be automatically charged for each additional hour.

Damages: The tenant must immediately report any breakage, damage, or malfunction to the owner. The tenant is responsible for covering the costs of any damages.

No Smoking: The Swiss chalet is non-smoking. A fee of $250 per unit will be charged for non-compliance.

Billiard Table: It is forbidden to sit on the billiard table or place food or drinks on it.

Guest Count: If the number of guests exceeds the agreed limit, the owner may immediately expel the tenant and their guests without compensation.

Parties: Parties are not allowed unless pre-approved as an event.

Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property and are entirely illegal.

Outdoor Fires: Outdoor fires must comply with municipal recommendations. The owner is not responsible for paying fines incurred by the tenant.

Spa Rules:

Maintain the spa temperature between 98°F and 104°F.
Do not alter the spa`s filtration settings.
ALWAYS return the chlorine floater to the spa AFTER EACH use. A $250 fee may apply for non-compliance.
Open the spa cover 5–10 minutes before use to let chlorine odors dissipate.
ALWAYS close the cover properly AFTER EACH use, ideally with two people.
Use the lever installed on the spa to open the cover.
Do not modify or remove the chlorine floater.
The spa cover is not a table.
Departure: Upon departure, the tenant agrees to:

Take out the garbage to the designated bins in the parking area.
Wash and put away all dishes.
Lower thermostats to 15°C (59°F).
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Cleaning Fees: Any additional cleaning required due to rule violations or lack of cleanliness will incur a charge of $50/hour.

Insects and Rodents: As the chalet is located in nature, insects or rodents may occasionally enter the premises. The owner is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by this.

Identification: The tenant must provide valid identification within 72 hours of booking confirmation.

Rule Violations: Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the immediate expulsion of the tenant and their guests without monetary compensation.
