„We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. “

„Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentrumsnah, gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Zimmer scheint erst kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein und war in entsprechend gutem Zustand und auch sehr geräumig und schön sauber. Eine Möglichkeit zur Kaffee- und Teezubereitung fehlte. Parkplätze hat das Hotel nicht, ein Parkhaus befindet sich in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück wird nur im Zimmer serviert. “

„Kann ich empfehlen. Sehr zentral, parkieren etwas umständlich aber ok. Grosszügiges Zimmer, sehr schön gestaltet, neu und sauber. Sicht auf grossen Platz de la Republik im 3. Stock einfach grossartig. Rezeption engagiert sich nach Pflicht und auf Nachfrage, wenig engagement Thema Gastfreundschaft. Kümmert sich nicht um Vorkommnisse vor dem Eingang beim Aus und Einladen Probleme mit Polizei bezüglich Sicherheit gehabt. Hotel kümmert sich nicht, schaut weg, hilft nicht. “

The breakfast was to die for and we really enjoyed dining at the restaurant in The Bar. The location was very convenient for exploring Normandy. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful.
