You will stay in St-Saturnin, a village full of history with its Romanesque church, its castle built in the 13th century, its Renaissance fountain, its wash houses... A green setting in an emblematic natural site, the Chaîne des Puys-Limagne fault, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An ideal location for discovering Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings (cathedral, Aventure Michelin, Parc Vulcania, Grande Halle, plateau de Gergovie...), the Chaîne des Puys, the churches, castles and lakes of Auvergne. Many leisure activities nearby: hiking, lakes of Aydat and Chambon for swimming and water sports, Super-Besse and Mont-Dore for winter sports and nature activities. The cottage is located in one of the oldest streets in the village, and enjoys an exceptional view of the Monne valley, the church and the castle. Former vat room, recently renovated, whose owners have kept the character. House on 3 levels. The entrance is on the ground floor in the bright living room with its 3 openings (possibility of 1 extra person in a BZ sofa bed). On the garden level: vaulted kitchen/dining room giving access to the terrace and the enclosed garden. You will appreciate the calm of the place with the sound of the Monne flowing below as a background sound. Table football in the kitchen for wild games! On the 1st floor: a bathroom, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are cozy, the ceiling height ranges from 1m50 to 2m20. The first bedroom has a 140 bed and the second has two 90 bunk beds (top bed prohibited for children under 6 years old). Games room with ping-pong table. Possibility to park bicycles under cover.
