Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² house for rent, completely renovated by an architect. Nestling in a green setting and bathed in light, this house is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends.
Ideally located for exploring the Basque Country, you'll enjoy the immediate proximity of picturesque villages such as Espelette, while being just 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the ocean.

Designed to accommodate 6 travellers (4 adults and 2 children), this house has a
27m2 living area, lounge, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also a garden of around 800m2 and a Finnish sauna. Wifi (fibre optic) is included. We're waiting for you!

It is also possible to accommodate 2 extra people (on request, see below).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate two vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz stations are 20-25 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Biarritz airport about 30 minutes by car and San Sebastian airport 40 minutes.

Other points to note:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Two additional people can be accommodated on the ground floor by converting the relaxation area into a comfortable extra bedroom.
- The house is equipped with monoxide detectors.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with the owner).
