Cocoonr is offering this charming, newly built 50 m² holiday home for rent in Saint-Pabu, in the ‘Breton Caribbean’, situated around 500 m from the beach and accommodating up to 6 guests. It’s the ideal place to reconnect with nature, enjoy the peace and quiet, and experience a truly relaxing holiday.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A bright 26 m² living area with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, electric kettle, toaster and raclette set
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
– A bedroom with two single beds (90×190)
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet
– A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional amenities: ceiling fan, Weber barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine, high chair, cot and iron.

Outdoors:
– You can enjoy a private 300 m² garden, facing south and fully enclosed by a wire fence and hedges, with a main gate and a side gate
– A pergola on a large, south-facing, tiled terrace of 50 m², ideal for al fresco dining and making the most of sunny days
- An outdoor shower is available

The house also has a dedicated socket for charging electric vehicles, available as an optional extra at an additional cost.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Pabu, in a quiet and pleasant residential area, just 500 metres from the beach. You can make the most of the coastline and the unspoilt landscapes of the Pays des Abers, whilst having all the essential shops and services nearby.

There are plenty of activities on offer in the surrounding area: kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, shellfish gathering and swimming at the nearby beaches. Hiking enthusiasts can also follow the famous GR34, the ‘Sentier des Douaniers’, to explore the Breton coast and the landscapes of Aber Benoît.

For your days out, don’t miss:
– The beaches of Béniguet, Corn ar Gazel and Erleac’h.
– Trips to the islands of Ouessant and Molène.
– Exploring the ports of Aber-Wrac’h and Le Conquet, as well as the lighthouses of the Iroise Sea.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

A dedicated electric vehicle charging point is also available as an optional extra, at an additional cost. This allows you to charge your vehicle directly on the property.

The house is situated about 30 minutes’ drive from Brest, Brest Bretagne Airport and Brest railway station. It is therefore a convenient base from which to explore northern Finistère whilst enjoying the tranquillity of Saint-Pabu.
