"We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty."

"This property was perfect for our family. There are so many dining areas to choose from that accommodated us all that also provided plenty of space and down time. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of fridge space which was certainly needed for a family of our size. The pool was fantastic, very clean, heated and tiled steps that made it accessible for the older members. "The room number 3 was spacious and convenient to two restaurants although the restaurant that was attached and assumed to be part of the hotel was not open at all. There was only a code entrance to the hotel and no information how to get in until we arrived and had to phone for information. The entrance and lobby is very tired and uninviting.
