We offer for rent, in St-Malo, Intra-muros, this charming flat with sea view and 150m from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), with a surface area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located on the 6th floor with lift (to get to the lift, you have to go down four steps).
It comprises an attractive 25m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lounge, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows

- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area with dining table and decorative fireplace (not functional).
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (180×200), one with a queen-size bed (160×200) and one with two single beds. All rooms have blackout blinds.
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Nearby
Bon secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can go to the Ile du Grand Bé, where Chateaubriand's tomb is located.
All the shops are within easy walking distance of the flat.

Visits
La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue d'Asfeld, a private mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the Tourist Office at Porte St-Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts outside.
From the Place St-Vincent, you can catch the bus to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.

Food
Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is home to some very good local produce:
Butters and cheeses from Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables in the 4 seasons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe.

Restaurants and cafés :
On the Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at the Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d'or, a Sunday lunch at the Maison Générale for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly atmosphere of the Cargo Culte restaurant, with home cooking on the menu, tarts, salads, tartines, soups, in a brocante decor. La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed.

In the evening, you can choose between the Celtic atmosphere of St Patrick's Day or the festive Belle Époque. If you're a cocktail lover, take a trip to La Fabrique, where you'll find a host of original cocktails. And if you prefer a nautical and sailing atmosphere, you can listen to a concert or gaze out at the sea at the Cunningham or on the terrace at the Cancalais on the Bas Sablons harbour towards the St Servan district!

- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 5 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal.
- From Place St-Vincent, there are bus and coach services to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
- Cale de Dinan 300m away: shuttle for the St Malo-Dinard crossing: 10-minute crossing.
