Gîte des Lagunes - Saint Magne

In the heart of southern Gironde, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, a few kilometers from the Hostens leisure center, the Lagunes gîte is ideally located in the center of the small village of Saint Magne, close to all amenities (restaurant, bakery, grocery store, tennis court, skate park, church, school, cycle path, etc.). Completely restored in 2021, the gîte is located on the upper floor of an old barn dating from 1930 (garages on the ground floor), close to the owners' home. You will have access to landscaped grounds and a private swimming pool (dimensions 2.50m x 6m, depth 1.20m) available from May to October depending on weather conditions. A beautiful terrace located upstairs with relaxation lounge, garden furniture and electric plancha offers you a breathtaking view of the forest. This unique cottage features a beautiful, bright living room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, television, and a single bed. Two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, a small guest bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Internet access. Electric heating. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (supplement, deposit, and mandatory cleaning). Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (fee-based services). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
