Spacious, light and tastefully furnished, this 92 m² flat can accommodate up to 5 guests. It boasts generous proportions and a lovely balcony overlooking lush green surroundings. A true haven where you can enjoy a peaceful stay whilst remaining close to all the main amenities.

Saint-Lunaire beach is around 1.5 km away, whilst the village centre, situated about 1 km away, provides easy access to shops, restaurants and everyday services.
Le Loft au Vert is therefore an ideal base from which to explore Saint-Lunaire and the Emerald Coast, with seaside walks, beaches and nearby day trips to enjoy.

Le Loft au Vert is situated on the 2nd floor of a modern block of flats with no lift. All rooms are on one level within the flat.
The flat is laid out as follows:

- A large, bright and fully open-plan living area of 40 m², comprising a lounge with a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as a dining area with a large table that can comfortably seat 6 people.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4-ring induction hob and extractor hood, as well as a fridge-freezer (2 freezer drawers).
- A utility area with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
- Direct access to the balcony-terrace from the living area, via two small steps. The east-facing balcony offers a pleasant, unobstructed view of the greenery and the forest. It is furnished with a table and four chairs, ideal for having breakfast or enjoying a quiet moment. The balcony is not sheltered from the elements.
-Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a walk-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, and electric roller shutters. This bedroom is spacious.
-Bedroom 2: two separate single beds (90 x 200); the option to add an extra bed in a single bed using the pull-out bed; a chest of drawers for storage.
It has its own en-suite bathroom, fitted with a bath, a vanity unit and a heated towel rail. This bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a door.

Le Loft au Vert is situated in Saint-Lunaire, in a leafy, residential area. It’s the ideal location to enjoy the peace and quiet whilst remaining close to the centre of the seaside resort.
Saint-Lunaire’s Grande Plage is about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. It lies at the heart of the resort, between Pointe du Nick and Pointe du Décollé, and offers easy access to the town centre and the seaside entertainment.
Longchamp Beach is also very close by. Around 600 metres long, it is particularly popular for its natural setting and is a renowned spot for surfing and board sports. It is lifeguarded in season and offers access via the dunes as well as a pleasant walk along the sea wall.
- Shops and village life:
The centre of Saint-Lunaire is about 1 km from the accommodation. Here you’ll find everything you need for your stay without having to travel to a larger town: bakeries and patisseries, a butcher’s, delicatessen and caterer, a mini-market, a chemist’s, a newsagent and bookshop, a wine shop, a bar and tobacconist, as well as several restaurants and local shops.
The village also hosts a market every Sunday morning, with a particularly wide range of goods on offer during the summer season. In July and August, gourmet markets are also held in the evenings overlooking the sea.
- A wonderful location from which to explore the Emerald Coast.
From Saint-Lunaire, you can easily set off to explore Dinard, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Saint-Malo, Cancale and the many natural sites of the Emerald Coast.

If you choose to come by car, you can park up to two vehicles in the private above-ground car park at the entrance to the residence.

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
