In Saint-Jean-de-Monts, a charming 40 m² apartment with swimming pool, less than 250 m from the beach, overlooking the lake and golf course, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment comprises
- A 22 m² living room with a large TV screen and a foldaway double bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso machine...
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A residence swimming pool (16mx10m), open from early June to late September and heated from mid-June to mid-September secured by a fence.
- A 20 m² south-facing balcony with 2 awnings for protection from the afternoon sun and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Basement storage for bikes, golf bags and carts and other equipment (beach, tennis, padel...).

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the outdoor parking lot on the public road opposite the residence, or at the golf course car park 100 meters from the apartment.

- Nearest train station: Challans SNCF train and bus station 19.6 km away (approx. 24 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport 78.2 km (approx. 1 hour by car)

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner) : 6€ per towel kit / 15€ per bed kit. The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
