„Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liegt zentral an der US 41, kurze Wege zum einkaufen, zum Flughafen, zum River, zum FMB. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet bei Fragen schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße Manuela und Meinhard“

„Loved our stay! The beds were clean and soft. The laundry machines were so convenient and that balcony was super relaxing and easy to enjoy. The bathrooms were fully equipped and very nice! I loved the Kcup coffee machine and the kitchen island, plus their lighting! Super close to grocery, beaches, and Water Park! “

„Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. “

„We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues.“

„This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice ...

„Sundial property while under renovation due to Hurricane Ian was very nice. Steps to the beach and tiki bar nearby. Condo was clean and super accessible to all the restaurants and activities. Would certainly stay there again!“

„Our family of 3 (our babe is almost 2) enjoyed four nights at this condo. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat (booked through South Seas Marina) and the view from the condo was fantastic. The pool was conveniently located next to our building and we grilled out every night. 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back to book this very condo! “

„Brian ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man konnte sehr gut auf der Terrasse entspannen und den Gasgrill anwerfen. Super ist auch, dass es Sonnenliegen und Stühle am Kanal gibt.“

"Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Toller Pool!!! Wir haben in Haus 53 in einer 2 Bedroom Villa gewohnt. Nicht neu aber sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tolle Terrasse, mit großer Glasfront. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! "

"-war 2x innert kürzester Zeit da. Echt neuwertige Anlage, top gepflegt, grossartiger Standort. -im Pool immer etwas Partystimmung, coole und gute Essensmöglichkeiten auf der Anlage. -was definitiv nicht gut war der Feueralarm an Mitternacht. Alle Gäste mussten raus… Feuerwehr und Polizei kam, aber es gab keine Informationen, nicht während dem warten nicht, als alles wieder in Ordnung war nicht, nicht beim Checkout, das ist schlecht und sehr unprofessionell. -Zudem immer wieder Stromausfälle im Zimmer, Grosse provisorische Aggregate stehen bei der Zufahrt, irgendwas ist offenbar nicht gut. Trotzdem die Anlage ist top! Ich hoffe der Rest kriegen sie in den Griff… "
