„We had a great short stay this trip down to St James City. We love SJC and this house is a easy walk to our favorite restaurant. The best way I can describe this house is spa like. It is a very nice, comfortable house and if nothing else stay here for the shower! It had everything and was well equipped with just about anything you may need, down to the yoga mats. „We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun.“

„We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated ...

„I have stayed on the property before and I love to fish in the area, it's perfect spot beautiful tree covered dock on the Imperial River great spot for getting out of the hot summer sun with Snook,Redfish, Sea trout and small Mangrove snappers. „The overall property is nicely done. The pool table is a fun idea, the view is nice and you can surely feel comfortable in this house. Upon arrival however, we discovered that the pool area was full of toys and other stuff scattered around as if no one cared to clean it up before new guests arrived. Our impression of the tidiness was not very good in total. The fridge was dirty, the dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher etc. Needs some work done.“

„House was comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to restaurants and shops. We had trouble getting into the house as our code wasn’t working but within minutes Manny got us in. No problems after that. “

„When you arrive on the island, you feel like you're in another world. Incredible nature: we saw turtles, numerous bird species and even manetees while kayaking.The house is inviting and only a few meters from the beach where we spent a lot of time.The facilities are good, the beds incredibly comfortable. The host was always available for questions via WhatsApp.“

„Dieses Haus ist einfach super - von der großzügigen Aufteilung über die einzigartige Ausstattung bis hin zum überragenden Pool/Whirlpool. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit in dem Haus und kommen gerne wieder. Tom ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber.“

„The property is off the road and beautifully landscaped all around so that you don’t see any of the neighbors. It is a relaxing oasis in the middle of a very busy area! There were many things to do for all ages within a reasonable drive. We went to the beach, miniature golfed, and shopped at Miromar outlets to name a few things. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the property during our stay. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group and we had enough room to make our stay enjoyable!“

"Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Toller Pool!!! Wir haben in Haus 53 in einer 2 Bedroom Villa gewohnt. Nicht neu aber sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tolle Terrasse, mit großer Glasfront. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! "

"-war 2x innert kürzester Zeit da. Echt neuwertige Anlage, top gepflegt, grossartiger Standort. -im Pool immer etwas Partystimmung, coole und gute Essensmöglichkeiten auf der Anlage. -was definitiv nicht gut war der Feueralarm an Mitternacht. Alle Gäste mussten raus… Feuerwehr und Polizei kam, aber es gab keine Informationen, nicht während dem warten nicht, als alles wieder in Ordnung war nicht, nicht beim Checkout, das ist schlecht und sehr unprofessionell. -Zudem immer wieder Stromausfälle im Zimmer, Grosse provisorische Aggregate stehen bei der Zufahrt, irgendwas ist offenbar nicht gut. Trotzdem die Anlage ist top! Ich hoffe der Rest kriegen sie in den Griff… "
