709 Ocean Cottage is a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath oceanview cottage located on the north end of Fripp Island. This two-story home accommodates up to four guests and offers ocean views, two outdoor decks, access to a nearby community pool, and a golf cart included with the rental.



The main level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom. The living room provides comfortable seating, a TV with streaming capabilities, and access to the first-floor deck. Large windows and glass doors bring in natural light and provide views toward the ocean.



The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, an oven, a freezer, and other basics for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area is located just off the kitchen and living room.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, TV with streaming capabilities, and access to a second private deck. The second-floor deck provides another outdoor space to sit and enjoy the ocean views.



The primary bathroom was recently renovated and includes a washer and dryer for convenient access during your stay. The home also has a newer mini-split heating and cooling system.



Guests can access the Ocean Cottage community pool just outside the cottage. Outdoor seating is available on both decks, so guests can spend time outside on either level.



709 Ocean Cottage is located across the street from Ocean Point Golf Course and the Ocean Point area. Its north-island location provides convenient access to golf, the beach, and other nearby Resort amenities.



The rental includes a golf cart, making it easy to get around Fripp Island and reach the beach, pools, restaurants, marina, and other Resort areas.



Your stay also includes up to four Fripp Island Resort guest cards. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



The cottage includes a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Guests can purchase additional groceries and supplies at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds.
