This holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's house, is located in the heart of a 15-hectare working farm (cornfields, woods, meadows, and an irrigation lake). Nestled between the sea and the mountains, in the Béarn and Landes regions, you are 12 km from Orthez (water sports center), 28 km from Dax (spa town), 17 km from Salies-de-Béarn (spa town), and 70 km from the Landes beaches (Capbreton and Hossegor). On the ground floor, you will find: - A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large terrace (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, American-style fridge-freezer) - A living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi internet access, open fireplace) - A toilet. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer) Upstairs: - 4 bedrooms, 3 of which open onto a south-facing balcony (2 queen beds, 2 double beds). Cot available. - 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for rent). HEATING INCLUDED (heat pump). WOOD NOT INCLUDED for the fireplace. The property is not fenced (your pet will need supervision). There are 2 terraces, one of which is a private 70 m² terrace facing north (pleasant in summer) at the rear of the house. Adjacent to your terrace, the owner's swimming pool is accessible in July and August (the pool is not filled year-round). Secured by a barrier and a gate with a padlock. Dimensions: 4 m x 8 m, Depth: 1.20 m. Unheated, chlorine treatment. Garden furniture, parasol, and griddle are provided. Walks around the lake are available on-site (no fishing, no swimming), and marked hiking trails are located in the village.
