The chalet of 70 m² is located on the edge of the forest in a subdivision of 24 houses in a combe at the edge of the lake. It is built on two floors in a closed and grassed paddock of 300 sqm. A terrace at the front and another at the rear of the building (East and West) without opposite because it overlooks a wood.

You are in Haute Auvergne, on the edge of the Volcanoes Park, a safe place, pure nature.
All year long: Hiking in the countryside around the lake, in the mountains, on foot, on bicycle.
Multiple tourist circuits are possible (bike rail, Gorge of the Cère, historical and botanical routes), excursions (for any age) in campaign or in mountain. One can discover nearby Lot, Aveyron and the Dordogne.
One can also simply indulge in idleness in the pen enjoying oxygen and calm. The frame can satisfy the most diverse tastes.

From the 15th of June to the 15th of September, the lakeside horse farm offers horse riding from beginner to confirmed one hour a day. Also pony rides in hand half an hour, internships half day (initiation, theme), courses and entertainment benefits. Supervision by a BPJEPS Riding.
