This air-conditioned accommodation offers a simple, functional and pleasant setting, ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends. It consists of two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190). A convertible sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The accommodation has a shower room, which is practical for everyday use.

The living room includes a kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and all the necessary crockery, including wine glasses. You will also find radiators, coat hangers, hot water and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.

Outside, a private patio allows you to enjoy relaxing moments in the open air, for a morning coffee or a quiet moment at the end of the day. The entrance is well lit and a laundrette is available on site. Cleaning must be done before departure.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The accommodation is located in a lively environment, which may cause occasional noise, particularly near the playgrounds and climbing structures. Surveillance devices are in place to ensure safety and the smooth running of your stay.
