„The cabin was great for a weekend getaway. The cabin was fully stocked and we enjoyed a nice, quiet stay at the cabin. We also explored the area with short drives to a supper club in East Dubuque and shopping in Galena. The place had everything we could want and we would definitely stay again!“

„Ensure you have AWD or 4WD and good tires. It’s a 10 miles drive on a very muddy/gravel, low maintained road with lots of holes. There were several times my van almost got stuck and I was sliding all over the road. The tree and water fountain were very cute but there were 2 dead mice around the bottom of the tree, inside the cabin. The road/driveway outside of the cabin was pure mud deep mud.
